Effective Date Range Panel

Purpose

To set the Effective Date Range for the Forecast Definition.

Features

Feature	Description
Start Date Selector	Selects the Start Date for the Effective Date Range using the calendar feature
Start TP Selector	Selects the starting time period for the Effective Date Range. Can be operated using direct text entry or clicking the up/down buttons
Number of Periods Selector	Selects the number of discrete trading periods included in the Effective Date Range
Run Forecast Button	Runs a Forecast Definition
