Modelling Reserves in a Forecast

>> To load Reserves Settings data into your Forecast Definition:

  1. Check the Model Reserves check box at the top of the Forecast Definition Window
  2. Use the Data > Load Data option in the Menu bar of the Forecast Definition Window to open the Load Data Window.
  3. Check the Load Reserves Settings check box in the Load Offers Panel

>> To edit the Reserves Settings into your Forecast Definition:

  1. Check the Model Reserves Check Box in the Forecast Definition Window
  2. Select the Reserves Tab to display the Reserves Settings Panel in the Loaded Information Panel
  3. Enter the HVDC Subtractors and Island risk numbers
  4. Select risk setting units from the drop down list


WARNING! Only those units entered as a Reserve Risk Setter will be considered when calculating the Reserves dispatch
