Activate the Constraint Builder in a Scenario by pressing <Ctrl B> when in the Equation window, or clicking on the Constraint Builder button in the Main Window Control Panel (beside the Save button). The Constraint Builder is available to you to search, modify and add equation constraints in a Scenario or in a Forecast or Powerflow (in a Powerflow the constraints are only for information as they cannot be enforced).
