Purpose

- Circuits
- Equation Constraints
- Reserve Regions

- Constraints (in Scenario and Forecast ode only)
- SFT (only when Auto-SFT is enabled in Scenario or Forecast mode)
- Open a Secondary Information Window for a chosen Modeled Item
